Login to our website with the email and password you created at the time of purchase, all your purchased vouchers can be found in the My Account section.

How long is my voucher good for?

Please see the fine print of each offer for the expiration date. Most of our offers are good for 6 to 12 months after purchase.

What is your Refund Policy?

Within 30 days of purchase, our customer service team will gladly refund you for the amount paid. After 30 days, all sales are final.

My voucher expired, now what?

You can still use it! Each voucher as a Promotional Value (value prior to expiration) and Paid Value (what you actually paid). The Paid Value of the voucher never expires.
